Many years ago, Sabine MacWaters (a very talented baker in her own right) busied herself morning 'til night to bring delicious pastries, soups, sandwiches, and breads to Commercial Street in Trinidad, Colorado. Today, the Anastacia's Bakery Tent sits across from the spot where Sabine's Purgatorie Cafe once delighted the palattes of this small-ish town. Sabine's Brownies
Ingredient list: Organic white flour, organic semi-sweet chocolate chips, organic unsalted butter, white sugar, organic walnut pieces, organic eggs (farm fresh when available), organic vanilla extract, red salt, a good friends well wishes and regard, and love.
